A little about me!

While growing up in the Bay Area, I developed a love for exercise through playing sports, including Soccer, Cross Country and Ultimate Frisbee. This led to my decision to attend Colorado State University and study Health and Exercise Science, with a hope of helping others find and foster this same passion for health and fitness. Since graduating, I have worked as a Personal Trainer at gyms in Fort Collins, CO, Mountain View, CA and now Grass Valley, CA. Having worked through injuries of my own, I have a deep understanding of the physical and mental toll that they can have and how challenging it can be to get back to doing the things you love. My main goal as a Personal Trainer is to help people identify their own “why” behind working out, whether that’s to pick up their grandkid, prevent falls, train for their first 5k, or reach new goals in their sport.

Currently, I live in Grass Valley, CA with my girlfriend, Holly, and our dog, Pancake. When I am not training, I enjoy walking Pancake, playing board games, working out, and spending time with my family and friends.

I look forward to meeting you and talking with you about your fitness goals!
